The most labor intensive time of year in a coffee plantation



¡The most labor intensive season in the year!

During this time of the year, our work is intensified even more; the harvesting season is the most difficult one. Starting for picking up coffee beans, our subject is to get only the ripe beans, we do not take into account unripe beans, this increases a little bit our labor, due to we have to pass again for the same plants sooner.

And, during this time, the matter of processing our coffee beans in the way we do it is not less difficult.
